the hotel infrastructure is not as shown in images not very clean washroom gate are in very poor condition only reception is good . oyo rooms are better than this

Stay was not good inspite of the winter and low temperature at raipur no hot water facility was provided, inspite of complaint in receptions no resolution was provided got cold with fever after i re-tuned back to home. Hot water image can’t be taken and provided

Renovation going on felt very unsafe. We have to change room in the midnight it was very suffocated. Location was not very good. Right in middle of small busy street. Definitely overpriced hotel

Breakfast is very bad, also they are not flexible i asked them to give breakfast when i check in morning and will not take breakfast at the time of check out but they have charged me.

Reached the hotel 3 hours before check in time. He charged rs 500 more for it when the room was available that time. When other hotels are giving if room is available. No thanks
